So I get the chair and it's all nice but it came in a beat up box and if that weren't bad enough the battery in the chair does not work which was the only reason I got the chair. But other than that it's ok I guess.

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and he loves it!!! He plays World of Warcraft hours a day and this chair enhances his gameplay with the surround sound. It is also very comfortable. The only downside is for some reason it blocks my wireless modem from reaching my laptop.

The whole experience of buying this chair was just horrendous. It was shipped from a company in Canada so I knew it would take at least a week to receive my chair, but after almost two weeks I had still not received any package. It turns out my chair had been sent to somebody in Dallas.... This part was handled quite well I was told I would be sent another chair with no extra shipping. But once again it took another two weeks to get here. Once I had the chair put together and charged overnight as said to do in the instructions. It only worked for about thirty minutes and then died. I don't mean the battery died I mean the entire chair stopped working! If I tried to charge it the led would not come on saying it was charging, and the connector for the 3.5mm jack would shock me anytime I went near it. After all of this the company said they could not help me it was not there fault this chair was broken and would not replace it. Do not get me wrong these chairs are amazing if you buy them from the right store, but DO NOT buy from this seller! My product was sent to the wrong person, then when I got it four weeks after purchase it was faulty, and finally the store I bought it from told me to screw of it was not there problem. DO NOT!!! buy from this seller.

ask yourself this... what kind of sound system would you get for 170 dollars in your car? a crappy one. this chair is a gaming chair not a state of the art car system so these reviewers need to shut their traps and return their chairs if they are not satisfied. I am very satisfied. the cushion is comfortable compared to the cheapy game chairs from wallmart or target that dont even have legs with wheels to easily move around. if youR looking for a gaming chair and on a budget, look no further and buy this immediately. this chair blossoms in shooters such as COD where you can hear everything including peoples footsteps and you can pinpoint where they are coming from even if you dont see them. i can listen all day and pick people off all day. I consider this chair an upgrade from wallmart and target chairs. GET THIS CHAIR NOW!!!!!!
